Phillip M. “Mike” Madigan, 64, of Warren, PA, passed away at his home on Wednesday, January 27, 2021.

Born on May 11, 1956 in Warren, he was the son of the late William and Dolores Parker Madigan. Phillip was a 1974 graduate of Warren Area High School and attended the Brooklyn Institute of Art in Brooklyn, New York. He worked at the former Thorne’s Bi-Lo for many years. Phillip was very involved with the Great Blue Heron Music Festival where he was the archivist, recording all the music. He loved music, collecting record albums and was an artist and liked to read. Most of all Phillip loved his family.

Phillip is survived by his wife, Tammy Rayborne; 2 children – Amanda Rayborne of New York City, and Simon Madigan of Warren; 2 grandchildren – Olivia Rayborne of Warren, and Kahleel Klugh of Florida; 2 sisters – Rose Stewart, and Kathy (Stanley) Sander, all of Corry, PA; 2 brothers – Raymond (Ellen Bierman) Madigan of Bellevue, WA, and Larry Madigan of Warren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Phillip was preceded in death by a brother – Leland Madigan.

Friends are invited to attend a memorial service to be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 30, 2021, at Zion Lutheran Church, 45 Falconer St., Frewsburg, NY.
