Norma L. Freeman Notoro, 87, of Clarendon, Pa. died Saturday evening, April 14, 2012 in GoldenLiving Center – Kinzua, Warren, Pa. Born September 30, 1924 in Screven County, Ga. to the late Corrie L. and Leila Bolton Freeman, she was a 1941 graduate of Sylvania High School. She was a resident of Savannah Ga., until moving to the Warren area in 1946. Norma was employed at the former Warren National Bank for ten years until joining Tony L. Notoro Real Estate Agency until Tony retired and closed the office. She enjoyed sewing, was an avid reader and cherished trekking with her husband to many places of interest.

Norma is survived by her brother – James R. Freeman, of Sylvania, Ga.; two sisters in law – Kate Check, of Clarendon and Lucy Notoro, of Warren; two brothers in law – John Notoro, Sr. and Sam Notoro, both of Clarendon; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband – Anthony L. Notoro, who died August 14, 2002; a sister – Mildred Joyner; a brother – Cpl. Grady Leroy Freeman; and two nephews – Rahn R. Freeman and Roy Joyner.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday April 17, 2012 from 11:00 am in the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. 304 East St. Warren 16365. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Warren County Memorial Park.
