Nancy Lauffer Hall, 89, of Warren, PA., died Tuesday, June 13, 2023, after a brief illness. She was born November 23, 1933, to Perry and Beulah Phillips Lauffer, in Russell, PA.
A 1951 graduate of Warren High School, she worked at what was then known as the New Process Company. She married Jarold “Jerry” Hall on May 28, 1954. After starting their family, Nancy became a full-time homemaker. Their life together included family vacations, bus trips with Rex Graham and winter visits to Florida.

Nancy’s life reflected her love of family, God, and community. A longtime member of Russell United Methodist Church, she was active in her children’s school and Scouting activities, volunteered with the Russell Well Baby Clinic and was a member of the Russell Lioness and Warren General Hospital Auxiliary. Her circle of friends included the Russell Knitting Club, the Friday Mahjong Ladies, and WHS Class of 1951 lunch group.

She is survived by her children, Cathleen “Cathy” Hall and Brian Hall and his wife, Cathy Hiller.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband and her brother, Perry Lauffer, Jr., and sister-in-law, Barbara Gray Lauffer.

Friends may call at the Russell United Methodist Church, 17 North Main Street, Russell, PA., on Thursday, June 15, 2023, one hour prior to a funeral and committal service at 11:00 AM with Rev. Bay Allen, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell, PA. Memorial gifts may be directed to Russell United Methodist Church or charity of choice.
