Marjorie S. Colbert, 94, of Warren, Pa, formerly of Wadsworth, Ohio, died on Friday, August 18, 2023, in the Warren Manor.
She was born in Kent, Ohio, on February 21, 1929, the daughter of the late Norman and Ruth Carl Weiss. Marjorie was graduate of Theodore Roosevelt High School in Kent, Ohio. She was a secretary for Ohio Injector Co. and then worked as an Administrative Secretary for the University of Akron. Marjorie was a tournament Euchre player, and one of the luckiest bingo players ever. She loved to cook and spend time with her family and grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving children, Steven Sigmund and wife Jodi of Warren, Pa, and Sandy Sigmund of Indianapolis, Indiana; five grandchildren, Joe Sigmund and Crystal of Warren, Tim Sigmund and Nicole of Pittsburgh, Peter Sigmund and Mia of Yorktown, VA, Jennifer Sigmund of Cleveland, Ohio, and Douglas Sigmund and Marissa of Warren, PA; 11 great grandchildren; one sister, Geraldine Michaels of Rootstown, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by three husbands, Joseph Sigmund, Paul Bradley, and Tom Colbert; and eight brothers and sisters.
