Helen M. Wiltsie Park, 89, of Dunnellon, FL., and formerly of Clarendon Heights and Scandia Areas, passed away Thursday, September 5, 2019 at UPMC Hamot, Erie, PA. surrounded by her family tearfully telling her goodbye. Helen was born March 16, 1930 in Fentonville, N.Y. to the late William L. and Selma Edquist Wiltsie. She had resided her winters in Florida since December, 1992 and resided her summers at the Hidden Valley Campgrounds in Kiantone, N.Y. Helen was a graduate of Frewsburg High School Class of 1948 and was employed with the Warren County School District in the earned income tax office for 25 years, retiring in October, 1991. She had previously been employed with the former Deluxe Metal. Helen was a former member of Stoneham United Methodist Church and member of First United Methodist Church in Dunnellon, FL. She attended Wiltsie Community Church. Helen was a past president with the Warren Zonta Club, had served on the board of directors of the Warren Salvation Army and former secretary of the Mead Township Supervisors. She was an avid reader, and active volunteer in Florida at a community Thrift Shop and the Dunnellon Senior Center. She was a member of the Apple Siders and Circle 8 Square Dance Clubs for many years. Memories of Helen given by her children, were a woman of a great sense of humor and much love for her family whom meant the world to her! She enjoyed going for rides and viewing all of God’s beauty, while on the ride, always had to enjoyed going out to eat at area restaurants. She made a great rice pudding and numerous pot luck dinners where she would play cards at the club house in Florida.

Helen is survived by her 3 Children – Joyce Ann Hennessy and husband, Robert of Dunnelllon, FL, Richard L. Park of Youngsville, PA., Lois Chido and husband, David of Tiona, PA., 1 Sister – Mary L. Himes of Frewsburg, N.Y., 1 Brother – Ernest J. Wiltsie and wife, Bernice of Fentonville, N.Y., 1 Sister-in-law, Marvel Wiltsie of Corry, PA., 5 Grandchildren – William Frederoski of Tiona, PA., Stacy Logren Black of Springcreek, PA., Adam Hennessy of Sheffield, PA., Matthew Hennessy of Clarendon, PA., and Laura Hennessy Bunce of Russell, PA., 6 Step Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, 7 Step Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Kenneth “Sparky” Park whom she married August 27, 1950 in Fentonville, N.Y. who died February 20, 2015, 3 Brothers – David E. Wiltsie. William L. Wiltsie Theodore R. Wiltsie

Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA. on Sunday, September 8, 2019 from 6 to 8 P.M. where a funeral and committal service will be conducted on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Todd Venman, Pastor of Wiltsie Community Church, officiating. Interment will be in Warren County Memorial Park.
