Gail McClellan, 83, of Tiona, PA., died Wednesday morning, February 10, 2021 at her residence, surrounded by her family, after an illness of the past year. She was born May 30, 1937 in Warren, PA. She was a resident of Tiona for the past 57 and resided in Warren, PA. for 1 year. Gail was involved for many years with the Mead Township Board of Elections, serving as Judge of Elections for Mead Township, when she retired. She was a member of the Tiona United Methodist Church and served as the church treasurer. She was one of the founders and a member of the Stitch and Bitch Club. She was an avid bowler and loved to read books. Gail was a member of the Clarendon Crafters. During her marriage after the kids were grown, she was a housekeeper at Andreas Motel and was a cafeteria worker at Allegheny Elementary School. Her greatest joys and achievement in her life, was her family, she especially enjoyed taking care of her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Stanley D. McClellan, Sr. whom she married January 19, 1957 at First United Methodist Church, Warren, PA., 3 Children – Stanley McClellan, Jr. and wife, Elizabeth, Steven McClellan and wife, Carol all of Warren, PA., Carrie Smaroff and husband, John E. of Tiona, PA., several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister – Janice Sherman, a brother – Dan W. Dorsey, II.

A private funeral service will be conducted at the convenience of the family at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA., with Rev. Martin Reynolds, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Warren County Memorial Park.
