Fred J. Cross, 83, of Warren, PA., died peacefully Sunday morning, December 6, 2020 at Corry Manor Nursing Home, Corry, PA. after an illness of the past 6 months. He was born in Watson Township, Warren, PA. on March 9, 1937 to the late Fred N. and Beatrice Lindell Cross. Fred was a lifelong Warren area resident. Fred had served with the U.S. Navy. He had been employed as a truck driver with Crossett Trucking and part time with the U.S. Postal Service. He was a welder at Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, retiring from there. He was an avid fisherman and loved going to the outer banks.

Fred is survived by his 3 Daughters – Micki Wilkins and fiancé, Dennis Barnes of Hopewell, VA., Mary Ann Yaegle and husband, Tom of Youngsville, PA., Mindi Cross and companion, David Webb of Phoenix, AZ, 2 Brothers – Don Cross and wife, Linda of Chandlers Valley, PA., David Cross and wife, Darlene of Warren, PA., 4 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren, including Alaura Sutton of Warren, PA., and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Fred was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Campagna Cross, who died on September 14, 2017, and whom he married on January 24, 1959; and a daughter – Amy Cross Campbell.
