Donald Fox, 74, of Clarendon, PA died Monday, May 12, 2014 at Warren Manor.

Born on June 5, 1939 in Oil City, PA he was the son of the late Erwin and Lucille Latshaw Fox. Don was a 1957 graduate of Youngsville High School and was employed for 32 years with Sylvania in Warren, PA, retiring in 1997. He was a member of Warren Moose Lodge #109, the Warren Eagles Club and was a past member of Warren American Legion Post #135.Don served with the U. S. Army from 1958 until his discharge in 1961. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed playing cards, going to the casino and enjoyed sports, especially wrestling and NASCAR.

Don is survived by his wife of 52 years, Charlotte Aaron Fox, whom he married in Warren, PA in 1961. He is also survived by two sons, Edward (Beverly) Fox of Warren, PA and David (Merlyn) Fox of Clarendon, PA, three grandchildren, Scott Fox, Bo Fox and Amber Fox, four sisters, Ardelle (Lanny) Whitman of Titusville, PA, Maxine (Larry) Anderson of Russell, PA, Judy Grove of Sheffield, PA and Linda White of Warren, PA and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by a brother, Neal Fox and his step-father, Frank Moronski.

Friends may call on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA from Noon until 2:00 P.M. at which time funeral and committal services will be held with Pastor Neal Arthur of Victory Baptist Church in Clarendon, PA officiating. Full military honors will be conducted at the funeral home by members of the Sheffield/Clarendon V.F.W. and U. S. Army personnel. Interment will be at the convenience of the family at Warren County Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
