Charles Ellsworth “Chuck” Franklin, 78, of Warren, PA, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2015 at his home following a lengthy illness.
He was born March 28, 1937 in Warren, PA, a son to the late Willard and Louise Knopf Franklin. Chuck loved to hunt in his earlier years and was an avid golfer up until his illness. He loved traveling in his RV over the years with his family and granddaughter.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Marlene Manning Franklin, a granddaughter, Samantha Franklin of Cary, NC, who was also the love of his life, a brother, Freeman (Jackie) Franklin and a sister, Gloria Hancock, of Warren, PA, and many nieces and nephews.
