Carolyn Ann Lefik Musante, 77, of Sugar Grove, PA., died Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at Titusville Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, Titusville, PA., after an extended illness. Carolyn was born in Warren, Pa., on May 11, 1946. She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Irene Fabry Lefik, of Pittsfield, PA. Carolyn was a 1964 graduate of Youngsville High School and a graduate of the Career Academy at Washington, D.C. She was employed with Elmer J. Stevens, D.D.S. an oral surgeon of Erie, PA. then went to work at Warren Dental Arts Hospital, Warren, PA., assisting in all aspects of Dentistry. Carolyn married Robert (Bob) Musante, her loving caring husband on August 1, 1970 at St. Luke’s R.C. Church, Youngsville, PA. She was a former member of the Church Altar Rosary Society. Carolyn and Bob were members of the Slovenian Dance Club for several years and enjoyed ball room dancing. She loved and owned horses, liked to paint, draw, and sew, and do all types of arts and crafts. She also enjoyed refurbishing and refinishing furniture, and hiking. She also loved her camping trips with her family and her horses. Most of all she loved doing things with her grandchildren. To her, one of the best things in her life other than when she married her husband, Bob was becoming a grandma.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, and several aunts, and uncles, 3 Brother-in-laws, Thomas P. Musante, James Johnson and Warner Lindell.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Bob, Daughter, Melanie Jackson her friend Carlos, Son, Stephen and her Grandchildren, Kianna, Akallah, Akeira and Katana Jackson. Her Sisters, Andrea Lindell of Cleveland, Ohio, Kathleen Dorn and her husband, Peter of Mineral, VA., Melanie Seiter and her husband, Fred of Colorado. Springs, Co, Sister-in-Law, Barbara Ann Johnson of Jamestown, N.Y., several nieces, and nephews, whom she loved all very much.
Friends may call at St. Joseph R.C. Church, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue West, Warren, PA. on Monday, April 29, 2024, from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial with Fr. Richard C. Tomasone, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph R.C. Cemetery.
