Adrian D. Salapek, 66, Warren, PA., died peacefully Monday evening, November 30, 2020 at his residence with his family at his side. He was born Christmas Day, 1953 in Warren, PA. Adrian was the son of Joseph John Salapek and Bonnie A. Munch Salapek Cook. He was a lifelong Warren area resident and a 1972 graduate of Warren Area High School. He was employed with Petrex as a welder for 35 years. He was an avid hunter, snowmobiler and enjoyed his motorcycle. His passion was restoring old cars, especially enjoyed restoring his 1957 Chevy. Adrian is survived by his wife of 30 years, Jacqueline M. “Jackie” Tutaro Salapek whom he married July 14, 1990 in Warren, PA., 1 Son – Andrew D. Salapek and his companion, Victoria Ackley, 1 Brother – Joseph L Salapek and wife, Debbie, Mother-in-law, Donna Tutaro all of Warren, PA., several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother – Mark A. Salapek, his father-in-law, Joseph Tutaro.

Friends may call on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at St. Joseph R.C. Church, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue West, Warren, PA. from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. with Fr. Richard C. Tomasone, Pastor, officiating. CDC guidelines of social distancing and masks are required. Interment will be in Gross Cemetery.
