I first met Will Mead as a sophomore high school kid when my father would round up his 3 boys to shoot trap at Kalbfus in the early 60’s. I again shot both trap and skeet with Will, in the not-too-distant past. He was – in my opinion – nothing short of the consummate gentleman. He was always kind in my early years and hadn’t changed one bit in our later encounters. We’ve all lost a really special man, as has his family, and that kind of gentleman, one meets in a lifetime, can be counted on one hand. Rest in peace Will – you’ll not be forgotten by all those who had the pleasure of knowing you.
I am so sorry for the loss of Willie. May God Bless the Mead family.
Dear Carol and kids, I am so sorry to hear about Will, he was a really special person. Want you to know you are in my thoughts and prayers and I will be in touch. Love, Joyce Dalrymple Nelson

Mrs. Mead, Carolyn, and family.
I am so sorry for the loss of Mr. Mead. Growing up, I remember all the times I went to your
house and how kind he was. I saw him at my place of work over a year ago, and it was such a pleasure to talk to him. I swear he didn’t age. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
