Nan was a faithful wife and great parent to me and my brother and sisters. I am so thankful for the many blessings she offered her large Jones and Oliphant family and friends!
Nancy was a wonderful person to my family and myself, and I will always have very found memories of our times together. I’m hoping that she may Rest In Peace, and until we meet again, may God keep and Bless you. Amen.
Deepest sympathies to all. I feel so honored and blessed to have provided care to Nan when I worked at the Rouse for a couple of years. We had wonderful chats about Sheffield, Sheffield folk, and the Car dealership. My great-grandparents are Gib & Mable Hanson, I know she was friends with Shirley Hanson Shettler, Her brother Squeek worked as a mechanic at Jones’, and my dad and uncle, Jim & Jack Doyle loved hanging out at the shop as young boys. Many wonderful stories and memories that I treasure. Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you.
deepest sympathies to the Jones family and Ed. I have many fun memories of visits with Nancy and Ed. My Mom and Nancy’s cousin, Maxine Young, had many more.
My deepest sympathies to Ed and the Jones family. Thank you, Nancy, for giving me life 61 years ago. I’m sorry I never got to tell you that in person.

Aunt Nancy’s house was the first place I ever saw a solar panel.. Strange that it powered a model of an oil pump jack. I also walked to her house once.. the first time I walked and gauged the length of a mile. Checking out her house, just after she and Uncle Ed bought it, but before they fixed it up was another first.. My first time exploring a previously abandoned structure. All of my memories of Aunt Nancy are great childhood memories.. Exciting things happened in her midst. She wasn’t like the other adults.. She was candid and clever; empathic perhaps.. She will always be an important figure in my life. Much love to her closest.
I will never forget Aunt Nancy’s laugh! Whenever she got tickled about something her eyes would just sparkle, then that belly laugh would come! My sister, Darlene, and I always enjoyed our visits with the Jones family! Nancy was always a big part of those visits. She will be missed!
