Thelma V. Berlin, 91, of Warren, PA. died Friday morning, March 29, 2013 at Golden Living-Kinzua. She was born on October 4, 1921 at Kinzua, PA. to the late Bert and Mary Morrison Dennison. Thelma was a longtime resident of Warren, PA. and was employed with the former G.T.E. Sylvania in the Plastics Dept. retiring in 1981 after 33 years. She is a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. She is survived by her 3 Children – Barbara Werner and husband, Edward of Pittsburgh, PA., Bonnie Guiher and husband, Terry of Lander, PA., Robert A. Berlin of Warren, PA. 1 Brother-in-law, Wesley Sherman of Russell, PA., 8 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, 5 Great Great Grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Rex I. Berlin who died August 27, 1990 whom she married February 21, 1940 in Kennedy, NY, 1 Son – Terrance Berlin, 1 Sister – June Lillian Sherman. Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA on Monday, April 1, 2013 from 6 to 8 P.M. and on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. when a funeral and committal service will be conducted with Dr. G.A. Hankins, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Weiler Cemetery. I miss Thelma every day. I was fortunate enough to spend time with her over the last year. We talked and played cards. I loved the time I spent with her. I know that she is at peace now and welcomed by her loved ones that she missed so much.
