Ruth M. Ferrar, 79, of Jamestown, NY, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018, at Warren Manor in Warren, PA.

Ruth was born on August 11, 1939 in Jamestown, NY, the daughter of the late Frank S. and Enid (Johnson) Johnson. Ruth was formerly employed in the housekeeping department at WCA Hospital in Jamestown, NY. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

Ruth is survived by her two sons – Andrew Ferrar and Paul Ferrar, both of Jamestown, NY; one brother – Charles Johnson of Port Charlotte, FL; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Ferrar, whom she married on November 3, 1962 in Busti, NY, and who died in 1997.

Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA, on Friday, October 19, 2018, from 1-2pm at which time funeral and committal services will be held with Rev.
