Ronald E. McKee, 56, of Youngsville, PA. died at his residence
and was found, Wednesday afternoon, June 18, 2014. He was
born March 17, 1958 in Warren, PA. He is the son of Robert E.
McKee and Marion Hall McKee both of Warren, PA. Ron was a
resident of Youngsville, PA. for the past 8 years, moving there
from Warren where he had resided most of his life. He was a
previous resident for 9 years in Darmstadt, Germany where he
served with the U.S. Army as a private first class, serving as a
military policeman. He was employed for many years as a
Tanker Truck Driver with Advantage Trucking and also had
worked with Pittsburgh Demoine Steel. Ron was a member of the
Warren American Legion Post 135 and also Youngsville
American Legion. He enjoyed playing poker and especially
enjoyed cars and currently his mustang. He is remembered as a
good father and brother.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 27 years,
Marlies Hess McKee, of Youngsville, PA., whom he married
February 5, 1987 in Darmstadt, Germany, 1 Daughter – Sabrina
McKee Mashensic and husband, Michael and their son, Talon of
Warren, PA. his step mother – Patricia McKee of Warren, PA., 4
Siblings – Robert McKee and wife, Carol, Deborah McKee and
longtime companion, Juan all of Warren, PA., Raymond McKee of
Endeavor, PA., Patricia Wolfgang and husband, Dan of
Clarendon, PA., several nieces and nephews. Friends are invited
to attend a Memorial Service Monday, June 23, 2014 at 1:00 P.M.
at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street,
Warren, PA. with Rev. Seth McClymonds, Pastor of Covenant
United Methodist Church, officiating. Private interment will take
