Ronald E. Albaugh, 82, of Clarendon, PA., died Monday morning, January 31, 2022, at Warren General Hospital, Warren, PA., after a brief illness. He was born March 1, 1939, in Warren, PA. Ron was the son of Lester E. and Dorothy H. Lyle Albaugh. He was a lifelong Warren area resident. Ron was employed with the former Deluxe Metal for many years and was currently driving van with the Taraska Transportation. He was a member of Holy Redeemer R.C. Church and was a former member of the church Holy Name Society, Knights of Columbus, and a former usher. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and boater. He enjoyed dancing. He had served with the U.S. Army Reserves.
Ron is survived by his wife of 53 years, Veronica Anderson Albaugh whom he married in Philadelphia, PA., 3 Children – Charlene Eakin and husband, Robert of Waterford, PA., Chris Rose of Erie, PA., Shawn A. Albaugh at home, 1 Sister – Donna Thomas of Warren, PA., 1 Grandson – Michael Shellito and partner, Elaine Frantz of North East, PA, two nephews, Tim Thomas, Clarendon, PA and Jeff Albaugh, Warren, PA.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Ronald E. Albaugh, Jr., 1 Brother – Gordon “Gordy” Albaugh.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted Monday, February 7, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Redeemer R.C. Church, 11 Russell Street, Warren, PA., with Fr. Stephen Schreiber, Pastor, officiating.
