Richard Wallace Clark, Sr., age 86 of Warren, PA died Thursday, November 21, 2019 at Warren Manor after an extended illness. He was born May 16, 1933 in Jamestown, NY to the late Frank and Florence Herrick Clark. Richard was a resident of Warren, PA for over 20 years, having previously resided in Jamestown. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Richard was an Installation Supervisor with LeFebure, where he installed bank vaults. He was also a 32nd degree Mason with Joseph Warren Masonic Lodge #726 and a member of the Zem Zem Shriners.
Richard is survived by his wife of 65 years, Janet A. Mitchell Clark, whom he married on May 15, 1954 in Jamestown, NY; 4 sons, Richard W. Clark, Jr. and Randy F. Clark of Warren, PA, Rodney M. Clark of Palmyra, PA, Roni K. Clark of Mt. Joy, PA; 1 daughter, Robin L. Clark Outz of South Carolina, as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Ronny and Norman Clark and 1 sister, Margie Griffin.

My father a great man. He was a excellent provider of 5 children. He in stowed the good values in us that we live by today. He looked on the humorous side of most things.
