It was with great regret Cathy and I learned of the loss of Dick Wadsworth. Dick was without a doubt one of the best men you could ever know, and had a heart as big as all outdoors. Richard labored hard all his life and never turned his back on someone in need. Memories of Dick will linger in the minds and hearts of all that knew him. Rest in Peace Richard.
Darlene and family. So very sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. He was an amazing, hard working , kind man . He will be missed by many .Sending you lots of love.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of Dick’s family and loved ones. He was an awesome man, and we will miss him. He brightened any room he entered, and would do anything for anyone at anytime.
Darlene and Family, I am so sorry for your loss I will never forget the memories we have and all the vacations you took me along on. Love and prayers to all of all of you.
Although I didn’t know him as well as so many did, what I experienced was a very happy man who wore a smile through life that is unforgettable! Lennart, in the beginning if his career, learned so much of his electrical experience from Dick that it helped him with his own electrical career, and put him down the right path to success! Dick was his mentor, in many ways besides his career! Lennart often commented on the great man he was in all ways, and as the world lost a wonderful soul… heaven has gained a beautiful angel! My sincere sympathies to the entire family. God bless you all…
Dick, you have been a father figure to our brother, a dear friend to our entire family and a pillar of our community for generations. You will never be forgotten and always remembered as a noble standard for others to follow. We love you!
May Dick rest in peace as we forever remember him. I know he is with our Lord and perhaps he will watch over us as he is so well at doing. I enjoyed working with Richard beyond imagination. At 89 years young, he went up a ladder and worked harder than any 20 to 30 year old “kids” I know. Dick is wise, kind, and always helpful. I will never forget, on day one of working together, he told me “use what you brought “ as he did things that I struggled with. Fair well my friend.
On behalf of the Warren County Historical Society, I would like to express our sincere sympathy for your loss. Over the last year, we had the pleasure of working with Dick as he so graciously worked as part of the “lighting crew” to upgrade the museum. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the many that held him in such high regard. He was truly a remarkable man!
