Randall K. Grant, 68, of Warren, PA, died Monday, April 9, 2018, at his home following a brief illness. He was born on January 8, 1950 in Cleveland, OH, the son of Montford Sterling and Anne Louise Busser Grant. Randy was a truck driver for many years, most of that time with Crossett, Inc., and a member of the Teamsters Union. He was a member of the Warren Eagles and Warren Moose Lodge 109. Randy enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting and spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. He had a great sense of humor and always had a smile on his face. Randy was known for being jovial and a charmer.
Surviving are his wife, Marlene Reist Grant, whom he married on August 3, 1996 at the Lander United Methodist Church; his parents of Modesto, CA; 1 son – Ronald E. Grant and his significant other, Angie Ott, of Warren, PA; 2 step-children – Jessica (Aaron) Uber of Sugar Grove, PA, and Jonathon (Shelly) Stalder of Warren, PA; 5 grandchildren – Katrina Grant, Cody Stalder, Andrew Stalder, Maxwell Uber, and Althea Uber; 1 great granddaughter; 2 brothers – Ronald Grant of Yosemite National Park, and Daniel (Margie) Grant of Modesto, CA; 2 sisters – Michelle (Bill) Bosch and Renee Magness, both of Modesto, CA; many nieces and nephews, along with several aunts, uncles, and many friends. Randy was preceded in death by a brother – Alan Grant.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
