I am sorry for your loss. Your dad was great fun when he used to come to the YMCA. He was in our water exercise classes. He will be missed by many.
Dick and Maxx,
We were so sorry to hear of your loss. Parm was a good man… we have many fond memories seeing your family for dinners out at the Draft House. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
My dad was Richard Printz Davis, born 1925 and son of Helen and Louis Davis at 404 4th Avenue. I think I’ve never met much of my Davis family (such as you all) but I have a friend in Texas named Barbie McCullough who grew up in Warren (which I didn’t – my Dad left Warren after college) who has started keeping me appraised of goings-on in Warren. She called me a few minutes ago to inform me that Palmer died. I never met him as far as I can remember. But, I heard the name used quite a bit when I was a child and when I would visit Warren. I’d love to connect with some of the extended Davis family sometime. I hope you will respond to this email. Condolences on your loss of Palmer.
I’ve known Parm for over 30 years and I always found him so delightful. I just saw him a few months ago at the nursing home and was surprised that he still remembered me and said he’d never forget me. He was such a nice person and will be missed by all. Joanne
