Neil D. Tucker, 89, of 18 St. Clair Street, Warren, PA, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018, in the John and Orpha Blair Hospice Residence following a brief illness.
Born March 26, 1928 in Warren, he was a son of Gilbert and Helen Horn Tucker. On February 12, 1950 in Jamestown, NY he married the former Mary Louise Sauers who survives.
A lifetime resident of Warren, Mr. Tucker worked at Penn Furniture and retired from Blackstone in Jamestown, NY. He had also owned and operated Terrace Gardens for 15 years.
Surviving besides his wife of 68 years are a son; Dennis Tucker, Warren, a daughter; Cindy Tucker, Sheffield, a daughter-in-law Margarita Solis, San Francisco, CA , 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 2 sisters; Phyllis Cable, Pleasant Twp., and Janice (Vincent) Lewis, Hershey and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Mr. Tucker was preceded in death by a son; Larry Tucker and 3 brothers.
Friends will be invited to a memorial service at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA, at a date and time to be announced. Burial will be in Pine Gove Cemetery.

I only knew Mr.Tucker a short time. I’m going to miss sitting on the porch with him. My grandson is going to miss the cookie monster. Bless you.
