Lorraine M. Miles, 82, of Corry, Pa., died Friday, March 17, 2023, at Kinzua Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, Warren, Pa. She was born Nov. 18, 1940. Lorraine was the daughter of Howard and Norma Little Gates.
She was a lifelong Corry, Pa., resident. Lorraine was employed with Raymond Barnes Group for 35 years, where she was known as “Grandma Fred.” After retirement, for a couple years, she owned and operated “Grandma Fred’s Bicycle Stop and more” of Corry, Pa. She enjoyed riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, reading and completing puzzles, especially crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph A. Miles, whom she married in 2008; one daughter, Linda Donnell of Corry, Pa.; two grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great- great-grandson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Anita Gates.
A celebration of her life will be held at the convenience of the family. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution may do so through any Humane Society agency.
