Leslie J. Lewis, 79, of Sheffield, PA, died on Tuesday April 9, 2024, in Warren General Hospital.
He was born in Kane, PA, on December 13, 1944, he was the son of the late Harry W. and Lois Mainwaring Lewis. Les was a 1962 graduate of Sheffield Area High School. He served two years in the US Army with the First Armored Division. Les was a graduate of Williamsport Area community College, earning an associate degree. He was also a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, Sheffield, PA.
Les was employed with Crossett Incorporated, and worked for 39 years, retiring as the maintenance director.
He is survived by three nephews, Lee, Dean Jr., and Reese Bloss; niece, Cindy Studer.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by the love of his life, Carla Burgason Lewis, they spent 38 wonderful years together on Henry Mill Hill, one brother, Dean Lewis; and one sister, Margaret (Peg) Bloss.
