Lahoma Simpson Lowe, 100, of Warren, PA. died Tuesday, June
9, 2015 at11:37 A.M. at her residence. She was born August 20,
1914 in Dewitt, Kentucky. She is the daughter of Dynisidus and
Dewey Messer Simpson. Lahoma has been a Warren area
resident for the past 23 years and formerly of Youngstown, Ohio.
She was a professional seamstress for many years and enjoyed
being a homemaker. She was a member of Austintown Baptist
Church of Austintown, OH where she was a longtime Sunday
School Teacher.
She is survived by her daughter, Shirley Breitenreiter of Warren,
PA., 5 sons – Richard Lowe (Shirley) of Youngstown, OH., Robert
Lowe of Taylor, MI, Roy Lowe (Carol) of Pensacola, FL., Ralph
Lowe (Sharon) of Elizabeth, AK., Randy Lowe (Debbie) of
Youngstown, OH., her son by association, Calvin L. Knapp whom
she resided with, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great
great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. In addition to
her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer
Lowe, 1 Daughter – Sandra Holmes, 2 Sons – Raymond and
Ronald Lowe, 1 Sister – Estelle Creekbaum.
Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304
East Street, Warren, PA. Friday, June 12, 2015 from 2 to 4,
followed by a funeral service at 4 P.M. by Rev. Tim Olson, Interim
Chaplain of Hospice of Warren County. A memorial service will
be conducted in August at a date and time to be announced at
Austintown Baptist Church, Austintown, OH.
Interment will be in Greenhaven Cemetery, Austintown, Ohio

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart. Lahoma touched the hearts of everyone she met. I am so blessed to have known her. God called a very special angel home.
