Kelley D. Morrison, 44, of Clarendon, PA, died Monday, March 21, 2016 at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA.
Born on July 1, 1971 she was the daughter of Joe D. and Sarah J. Bailey Morrison. Kelley was a 1989 graduate of Warren Area High School and a graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of Cosmetology in Johnstown, PA. She had owned and operated Premier Hair Design in Warren, PA for many years and was a color consultant for L’Oreal. Prior to her disability she was employed with Hair Wizards and also with Blair. She was a member of the Warren Seventh-day Adventist Church, the Warren Eagles Club and was founder and coordinator of the Sarah J. Morrison Memorial Colon Cancer Awareness Fund and Motorcycle Run. Kelley was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. She loved photography, hunting deer, but most important to her was her family.
Kelley is survived by her father, Joe D. Morrison of Warren, PA, her fiancé, JT Walters of Clarendon, PA, 3 brothers – Steven J. Morrison, Ronald L. “RJ” Sweet, Jr. and his wife, Bernadette, and John A. Montour and his wife, Sue, all of Warren, PA, 1 nephew – Peter D. Morrison and his wife, Julie, of Sugar Grove, PA, 2 great nieces – Madelyn Rose Morrison and Leah Marie Morrison, 1 great nephew, Lane Thomas “LT” Morrison, all of Sugar Grove, PA and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Kelley was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah J. Bailey Morrison, maternal grandparents, Kenneth J. and Laura Mae Thompson Bailey, and paternal grandparents, Fred K. and Beulah Barnhardt Morrison.
Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA, on Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 11:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. at which time funeral and committal services will be held with Pastor Lynn Gatz officiating. Interment will be in Westview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Warren Cancer Center, 2 Crescent Park, Warren, PA 16365.
