Joseph “Joe” R. Tutaro, 78, of Warren, PA., died Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at his residence after an extended illness. He was born in Warren, PA., on July 21, 1940, to the late Samuel George and Mary A. Spatafor Tutaro. Joe was a Warren area resident his entire life and a graduate of Warren Area High School Class of 1958. He attended Electronics Courses and learned Ultra Sound Mag Particle Inspection from Chicago, IL. He was employed with the former Rexnord, Inc., as a Tech Inspector for 30+ years, retiring in 2003.
Joe was a member of St. Joseph R.C. Church. He was an avid fisherman and golfer.
He is survived by his wife, Donna Colvin Tutaro whom he married June 30, 1961 in Warren, PA.
2 Daughters – Jackie Salapek and husband, Adrian of Warren, PA., Sandra Kearney and companion, Darrell Weilacher of Tidioute, PA., 1 Brother – John S. Tutaro of Warren, PA.
2 Grandchildren – Andrew Salapek, Sierra Weilacher

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Sister – Margaret Conti, 1 Brother – Tom Tutaro.
Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA., on Sunday, June 30, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at St. Joseph R.C. Church, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue West, Warren, PA., on Monday, July 1, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. with Fr. Richard Tomasone, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph R.C. Cemetery. I am deeply saddened to hear of Joe’s passing. While I have not seen Joe since I left Warren, I have thought of him often. He most certainly was a very gentle person. I am sure he will be missed by many. Donna, I am thinking of you and yours.
Hi Bob, bet you don’t remember me, Larry Felton we lived next to the gas station on Penn Ave. I stopped in and had a nice visit with Joe a year ago or so. Currently live in Florida the last 20 years.
