Joe was a great friend. He and Ruth brought a lot of joy to me and my family. In the mid to late 1980’s, he helped me reorganize and manage my business for which I will always be grateful. My wife and I want to extend our sincere thoughts, prayers and condolences to the family. Folks like this don’t come around very often. Rest in peace my friend.
