Dear Loranger Family – this loss is so difficult to process. As a former LMC employee, I will always remember John as a vibrant, animated and engaged leader, who always took time to get to know the employees not just as a boss but as a friend. It’s true that his charisma easily filled the room and it was rare to have a meeting where his sense of humor did not come through. My deepest condolences go out to all of you, and may God comfort all of us as we keep John’s memory in our hearts, thoughts and lips eternally.

I worked with John many, many years ago at Loranger on Clark Street, Warren. He was young, good natured, and finding his place in the company when I knew him. John was always kind to me, a trait I hope he carried with him all of his life. My sincere condolences to his family.
We want to extend our deepest sympathy to all of you on the passing of John. Having grown up in Hooktown along with John, I have many fond memories of him and our whole group of friends.

At Cornell, John etched lasting memories of our younger selves. We still smile and chuckle when the stories are told.
Dear Patty and the Loranger Family,
My most sincere condolences! I have not seen John in many years but once upon a time in Hooktown, we were good friends. John and I grew up together and shared many fond memories in the neighborhood and at CVCC. Please know that I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers!
My heart felt sympathy to you Patty and so sorry for the loss to the entire Loranger family. I was so shocked to hear of John’s passing. My prayers are for God’s comfort during your time of mourning.
I only have fond memories of growing up with John. Those growing up experiences are now a part of our adult character. High School basketball taught us a lot. I will never forget, almost every game John was able to get off the first short and start us off with a lead!
I was blessed so much on my last visit to Warren by having the opportunity to get caught up with John when we met up at Tor’s house. The time passed too quickly. I also had the added blessing of introducing my oldest son Scott to old time friends. He got to hear a lot of our High School stories. Oh my!
Again, praying that the God of all comfort would comfort and direct you all.

We were saddened to learn of John’s passing and fondly remember him and the Loranger family from our years of catering events.
John was always interested in what was cooking, and when he would say “this is a keeper”, we knew that particular dish was a winner!
To the Loranger family: our caring thoughts and prayers are with you.
Patty, may the memories of family and friends comfort you during this time of sorrow. I know John only through you, but he must have been a good man as he made you so very happy. I know you will cherish the years you had with John and the life you made together. I send you much love and my sincerest condolences to John’s extended family.
