Hayden Matthew Salapek, 20, of Coatesville, Indiana and formerly of Warren, PA., died Sunday morning, September 30, 2018 as the result of injuries sustained in an ATV accident. Hayden was born September 11, 1998 in Potomac, VA. He is the son of Matthew L. and Stacy Miller Salapek who reside in Warren, PA. Hayden was a 2017 graduate of Warren Area High School where he was their defensive end and tackle on the high school football team. He had played football and was a very talented player from grade 7 through his senior year. While in high school, he was employed during the summers, with Wells Hog Wild Barbeque. He was employed in Coatesville, IN as a heavy equipment operator, working with a local excavating company. Hayden was an avid hunter, fisherman, outdoorsman and enjoyed all-terrain vehicles. He is lovingly remembered by his family as always having a shit eating grin on his face, a wonderful kid and human being, whom they were proud to call him their son and brother. He always had a true sense of loyalty to his friends and family, he would help anyone if he could.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Collin J. Salapek of Warren, PA., Maternal Grandmother ā Diana Krinjeck Nesbitt and step maternal grandfather, Michael Nesbitt both of Russell, PA., Paternal Grandparents ā Joseph and Debbie Stoddard Salapek of Warren, PA., Several Aunts, Uncles and. Cousins also survive.
He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather, Ernest Miller.
Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA., on Friday, October 5, 2018 from 5 to 8 P.M.
A Celebration of his Life will be held at the Warren State Hospital Interfaith Chapel, 33 Main Drive, Warren, PA. on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev.
