Hal was a good friend. I liked the times we watched golf on television. He taught me some of the golf terminology. Hal told me about some of the places he and Mary went. I really liked the times the family sang with “Hal”You Are My Sunshine.

My uncle’s beautiful soul was greeted in Heaven yesterday morning. Hal Conarro was a visionary entrepreneur, prince of philanthropy, pillar of Warren, Pennsylvania, and fabulous family man. His life made a magnificent difference to so many. Celebrating an exceptionally wonderful, extraordinary gentleman. My Aunt Mary’s love and devotion was enduring and she, with her many accomplishments, is a legend too. Lovingly, Clare Edwards Myer
Was very active in his community.
To Mary and family – please accept my condolences on Hal’s passing. Though we were related I never really knew Hal. I came to believe over the years, though, that Hal was widely loved. Best wishes to all you Connaros and Connaro descendants. Charlie Davis
Mary and family, we share your sadness and loss of Hal-a true pillar of of the community with Bob Sokolski-and you and Sally! The city of Warren and Warren County were much enhanced by his involvement, dedication and love. Fond memories will continue of all the good he did and his joy of family life.
Our condolences to the Connaro family for Hal’s passing. He was very kind to me during my years at CVCC both on and off the court. Great quiet, competitive spirit! All the best.
Dear Mary and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Please know that so many people appreciate and respect Hal’s and your many contributions to our community. Thank you to both of you, and Hal will not only be remembered for his philanthropy, his partnership and commitment in providing work for so many people, but, also for his love and dedication to you and your family. So many people care about you and are thinking of you.
I extend my deepest sympathy.

I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Mr. Conarro. I grew up on Fourth Avenue in Warren and the Conarro’s house was like a second home to me. Tim and I hung out together and life in Warren was never dull.
Mr. and Mrs. Conarro always treated us like their own children. When I think back on my childhood in Warren, Mary and Hal Conarro always come to mind. I will be thinking of the entire Conarro family as you go through this very difficult time. May the peace that passing all understanding and God’s everlasting love keep you and surround you with comfort. Dave Johnson
Pam and I are aquaintences of the family. We met Karen and Alec as neighbors in Warren and saw Mary and Hal at various events over the years. Always gracious and accommodating, they made us feel welcome.
Time will take us all. Hal made good use of his time here and will be missed by many he may not have even known.
He was a very nice man, I taught his Son Driver’s Ed and he took me to the plant and gave me some Moo-Cow milk containers. When my wife and I joined the CVCC, he was very nice to us. He was also an Elk brother of mine. RIP Hal
Sending love, strength and empathy from michigan to the entire Connaro family. We are so sorry to hear about Hal’s passing. For all his success in life, his greatest legacy is all of you. Thanks so much for always making us feel like part of your family due to our connection as Bob Sokolski’s nephew/niece Jamie/Chris. Hope to see you soon.
