Douglas A. “Adrian” Peterson, 66, of Russell, PA., died Sunday

evening, February 26, 2017 at Snyder Memorial Home,

Marienville, PA., after an extended illness. He was born March

23, 1950 in Warren, PA. Doug was the son of the late Albert and

Ruth Thompson Peterson. He was a lifelong Warren area

resident and a 1968 graduate of Warren High School and later

from Triangle Tech of Erie, PA., where he earned his associates

degree as a certified electrician and graduated with honors of his

class. He was employed as an electrician with Deluxe Metals and

later with RHI Monofrax of Jamestown, N.Y. He enjoyed hunting

with his father and hiking with his grandson.

Douglas is survived by his wife of 16 years, Perrice “Peppi”

Bearfield Peterson whom he married November 24, 2000 in

Warren, PA., 5 children –Wendy Dickey and Jeff Dickey both of

Warren, PA., Mindy Lincoln and husband, Frank of Russell, PA.,

Jeremy Kasaback and wife, Jessica of Sheffield, PA., Cindy

Bearfield of Russell, PA., 1 Sister – Linda Knapp and husband,

Arden “Bucky” of Warren, PA., 9 Grandchildren – Andrew

Bearfield, Zay Lavon White, Francis Lincoln, Jr., Malia Mae

Lincoln, Hayden Patricia Kasaback, Amari Scott White, Evan

Kasaback, Owen Kasaback, Isaac Joseph Lincoln, several nieces

and nephews also survive.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother

– James Peterson, 1 Nephew – Scott Peterson.

A Memorial Service will be conducted on Wednesday, March 1,

2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Russell United Methodist Church with Rev.

Jerome Kennedy, Pastor, officiating. Those wishing to place
