Tooter was such a big presence in my childhood, always laughing. Heaven is truely a brighter place today. My condolenses to her family, she will be sorely missed.
So sorry to hear of Tooter’s passing. Family gatherings will miss her laugh.
So sorry to hear Aunt Tooter has passed away. I am a grandson of the late Bernice McNeil and always loved seeing Aunt Tooters smiling face at family gatherings. She just had this aura of comfort and happiness everytime I saw her. We will miss you, and have fun with your brothers and sisters.
Love, Bryan and Amanda McNeil
