Cheri (Cheryl Ceriola) Taylor, 76, of Warren, PA., passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 19, 2024, with her family at her side. She was the daughter of Angelo J. Ceriola and Bernadine Graham Ceriola Goyda. She was married to the late David Taylor of Corry, PA., for 46 years, until his death in 2013. Cheri was a 1966 Warren High School graduate and completed several educational courses for advancement in her professions. She was secretary for many years for several companies including Pennco, Loranger Plastics, Lutheran Services, and Envirotech Inc., prior to obtaining her Real Estate license in 1985. She held several positions for the Warren Co. Board of Realtors over 23+ years, serving as Board President, Vice President, Secretary and Director representing the Warren Board in Harrisburg. Retiring from Real Estate in 2008, she worked for the Assessment office and other various positions at the Warren Co. Courthouse. Cheri enjoyed the yearly trips she and Dave took to Las Vegas with friends, and in the years her children were young, the vacations to Virginia and central PA to visit relatives. She also previously loved working with ceramics and painting and more recent, she loved her outdoor space and spent a lot of time gardening in her flower beds and watching the animals that frequented her yard, but didn’t appreciate the deer eating her flowers. She constantly was losing her coffee in her microwave. She enjoyed rearranging her furniture and playing board games. She loved decorating for the holidays for her family and herself. She especially loved Christmas and in past years, setting up her enormous seven level village, a very sentimental project for her. Her mother started her out with a ceramic church and Santa house and her father contributed several houses and various village pieces. She enjoyed seeing the delight in her grandchildren’s eyes. She treasured their times together and thoroughly enjoyed the holidays and family gatherings.
Cheri leaves behind her two adored children, Scott A. (Pamela) Taylor, Warren, PA. and Cheyelle N. (Justin) Couse, Girard, PA, who she was very thankful for and proud of. Her five, very much loved and treasured grandchildren, Karly Taylor (Matt Garrett) and Hanna Taylor (James Swanson), and Owen, Lincoln, and Elliette Couse, all of whom she felt were her gifts from God.

(Jessica) Ceriola, sisters-in-law, Barbara Wascak, Judy (Paul) Goodwill, and Mary (Gabe) Bober, and brother-in-law, John Taylor, her beloved pet and companion, Niko, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.
