Anne, Sorry to hear about your father
My sincere sympathy to Carl’s family. We first met when we were both in the US Army Reserves in Erie. Later we met when we both worked at Warren State Hospital and were members of the Knights of Columbus. Carl was a good friend and a real Catholic gentleman. May God grant him eternal life and rest.
Sending our deepest sympathy to Anne and Family. May the good times and fondest memories bring comfort to you.
We are thinking of all of you. May his memory be a blessing. — Mark and Vivian (Taylor’s in-laws)
My condolences on the loss of your father. I had the pleasure of working with him on my husband’s genealogy. I was lucky enough to meet him in person a few years ago at St. James Catholic Church in Erie. Carl’s passion about his research was inspirational. He brought his ancestors to life, made his mark, and leaves a legacy. May his memory be a blessing.
Anne – so sorry to hear of the passing of your father. My condolences to you and your entire family.
Dear Wolf family,
We send our shared condolences to you upon the passing of your dad, Carl, whom we knew from Warren Historical Society and seeing him with his trusty camera at so many local events when we lived there for 37 years. His gentleness and friendship were valued and we are assured he is frolicking with your mom, Anne, in heaven right now!
Sorry for your loss. He was a valuable member of the ESGR. He volunteered in many projects throughout the years. He will be missed.
Dear Anne Marie, Jennifer, Carl, John, Philip, Chris and Ben,
Seeing your Dad’s obituary via the WTO online when it was first printed, brought back memories of days long past at St. Joseph’s in Warren. Your Dad was such a calm, but vey active, presence there, from his resonant voice reading from the lectern, to his photographing events (at St. Joe’s ane elsewhere in Warren, too), his work with the CCD program, his service as a eucharistic minister, his involvement with the KofC, and more, he was very much a part of church community life and his activity in so many ministries reflected his spirit as a Christian, a Catholic, and a person who honored the spirit of community and family. My deepest sympathies to all of you during this time. Praying you are finding comfort in the presence of friends and family, and in sharing memories of your Dad, and peace in the knowledge that he and your Mom are together again, and amongst the angels now, watching over all of you and your families, always.
My sincere condolences to the family of Carl Wolf.
I did not personally know your father but my aunt and uncle
..Vera and Abe Schwartz knew him well. I have a framed photo that your father took hanging in my house of homes along the Allegheny river in Warren. I will keep it always in his honor. Peace and prayers.
We feel so honored to have shared in Carl’s life,”. He was incredibly kind and loving. His goodness will live on in all of you.
Dear Family,
My sincere condolences to you and your loved ones.
