Brian J. Emerson, 51, of Sugar Grove, PA., died Saturday
morning, December 17, 2016 at Warren General Hospital after an
illness of the past 4 months. He was born in Bradford, PA., to
Jerry Emerson of Hernando Beach, FL and the late Dawn Elaine
Hopkins Emerson. Brian was a resident of Warren area since
1984 and was formerly of Butler, PA., and Jamestown, N.Y.
He had been a self-employed landscaper and was an avid Harley
Davidson motorcyclist and car enthusiast. Brian enjoyed fishing,
throwing horseshoes, hiking and campfires. He is remembered
for his great sense of whit and humor, was always friendly and
outgoing and ready to help anyone he could.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his stepmother, Jan
Chaffee Emerson, his son, Jesse J. Emerson of White Oak, PA.,
Fiancé – Pam Cox of Sugar Grove, PA., 1 Sister – Karen N. Klos
and husband, Keith W. of Tidioute, PA., 1 Brother – David L.
Emerson of Custer City, PA., 2 Stepsisters – Marlene Calabro and
husband, Mike of Olean, N.Y., Tamara Polino and husband, Greg
of Buford, GA, 5 nieces and 3 nephews.

East Street, Warren, PA. on Friday, December 23, 2016 at 12:00
Noon until 1:00 P.M. when a memorial service will be conducted
by Rev. Marcus Briggs, Chaplain of the Warren General Hospital,

have known Brian since the late eighties when we worked together at interelectric and he would always go out of his way to come up to me just to say hi . Always friendly and willing to help no matter what it was . Brian was the type of person that you dont forget.. rest in piece my friend .
