I am so sorry for your loss. Jim was such a sweet and funny person. many hugs and prayers for your family
Jim was the manager at Loblaws, when I worked there. He was such a good man. He was fair and he was kind. I still remember his smile. May his soul rest in peace with the Lord.
Dear Velma and family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Jim was always such a caring and funny guy. I will always remember how I first met Jim, coming home from college in 1979, with my bridal party, and staying at my parent’s new house (next door to you). It was about 2 a.m. and the whole bunch of us jumped into the swimming pool, and all of a sudden we hear Jim (whom I’d not yet met) holler over to us from the glider on your back porch, “Hey, no life guard on duty….get out of the pool NOW!” Then he laughs his head off, and comes over to meet us all. Jim was always so thoughtful and helpful to Mom and Dad, and he became a good friend. I always enjoyed having him around when I came “home” to visit. Sending love and prayers. May he RIP.
Jim was our next door neighbor for a lot of years while we were living in Warren. He was more than just a neighbor and soon became our very good friend. He was always there when we needed him or to lend a hand for anything that was needed. we could always count on him and will always remember him for the laughs and good times we had together and for “just being there” . We have missed him since we moved and will miss him now, more than ever. We send our condolences to Velma and his family
