Naomi “Jeanette” Walstrom, 95, of Warren, PA., died Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at her residence with her family at her side. She was born March 3, 1924 in Warren, PA. to the late Roy Siggins and Clara Esther Rowley Hatch. Jeanette was a lifelong Warren area resident and resided most of her entire life on Hatch Drive. She went to a one room school house on Conewango Avenue Ext. and was a 1942 graduate of Warren High School. She was employed with the Warren State Hospital as a practical nurse, retiring in 1983 after 28 years employment. After high school she worked with the former east side Walker Dairy Store. She was a member of the Golden Gems, Golden Age Society, Birthday and Dessert Clubs, PARSE, Warren Senior Center, Glade Township Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and their social club. She loved gardening, flowers, spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed having lunch with her close friends. She was a good cook and especially loved her cats.

Jeanette is survived by her 4 children – Joseph “Joe” L. Font and wife, Sandra, Gloria Suppa and husband, Victor, Gayle Gray and husband, John, Susan Swanson and husband, Douglas all of Warren, PA., 9 Grandchildren – Lori Jo Nelson, Lisa Font, Kristina Bartscht, Nicole Font, Michael Shay Font, Jennifer Suppa, Jessica Suppa, Leslie Bloomgren, Kevin Gray, 9 Great Grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 1st husband, Francis Anthony Font, 2nd husband, C. Walstrom, 1 Daughter – Deborah Anne Walstrom.

Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA., on Friday, August 9, 2019 from 6 to 8 P.M. where a funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. with Fr. Rick Tomasone, Pastor of St. Joseph R.C. Church, officiating. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell, PA.
