To Earl and family,
It was with great regret I learned of Dot’s passing. She was a good friend ,and a wonderful woman. She was a great asset in the building of the restaurant, and second to none when it came to her food. I felt honored she shared a few of her recipes with me,and will always cherish her friendship.
To Earl and family,
Very sorry to here about Dot, she was a hard working, direct and wonderful women. There will always be two stories that i will remember about Dot.
1. It was Christmas time and she was always thoughtful about the staff.
She had given Dale, a cook at the time peanuts, at that time she realized he had no teeth and could not chew them, we all laughed to hard.
2. Another time Earl had a few and came in the restaurant and gave Dot a spank, she turned pure red faced, i thought Earl oh no,then i realized Dot wasn’t mad she was Blushing, and shaking her head.
I thought of her often, and respected her.
