Frances A. Drescher, 67, of Warren, PA., died Saturday morning, February 10, 2018 at her residence, following a brief illness. She was born in Allentown, PA., on April 10, 1950 to the late Connie S and Marie V. Siglin O’Conner. Frances was a Warren area resident for the past 27 years, and was a military wife and family who moved numerous times in life. She was a 1968 graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School. She worked for 20 years with FEMA as a disaster relief specialist and was a homemaker. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church and the Women’s ministry.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Robert W. Drescher whom she married December 21, 1968 in Pennsburg, PA., 3 Children – Marie Himes of Michigan, Robert W. Drescher, Jr. and Rebekah Drescher-Hesslink and husband, Donald all of Warren, PA., 6 Siblings – Thomas & Catherine Charles, George Charles, Geraldine (Sissy) Gilbert, Connie Shamus, Marvin O’Conner, Catherine & William Hardaker, 7 Grandchildren – Tiffany, Christopher, Timothy, David, Naomi, Jette, Tamryn (Tami), 4 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at First Assembly of God, 13393 Route 6, Clarendon, PA., with Rev. Frank Lanza, Pastor, officiating.
