I’m so sorry for your loss. Annie was a fantastic neighbor and always was so much fun. I will uncork my best (and strongest) brew in remembrance of how she touched my life was well as our entire family.
Keith & Jane & family: Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Even though I never knew Jane’s mom, I felt as though I did! Condolences to the family!
We discovered the sad news today when we read about your mom’s passing. We would like to wish you all good memories of a great mom. I have fond memories myself, from when Steve and I would get together after school. She was always pleasant and made staying at your home something that was always fun. Our best wishes to you all.
I only knew Annie a short time, but I will surely miss the fun times we had ever week during the past year, when we bowled on the same team. She was so much fun and I looked forward to seeing her every Wednesday. She will be sadly missed and will always have those memories. My deepest sympathy to all of her loved ones.
The tide recedes, but leaves behind
Bright seashells on the sand.
The sun goes down, but gentle warmth
Still lingers on the land.
The music stops — and yet
It echoes on in sweet refrain.
For every joy that passes,
Something beautiful remains.
— Poet Unknown
We are holding you close in our thoughts and prayers.
Love —
Anne and Neil
I met Annie on the tennis courts in 1970 and we remained friends all these years even though I now live in Florida. I will cherish the memories of many lunches, dinners, golf and tennis games and our annual summer road trips. Oh, how we laughed with the other Ann in our group (Ann Follett). Annie was fiercely independent, kind, generous, competitive….all grounded with a wonderful sense of humor. My heart goes out to you, the family. She will be missed.
My condolences. You were one of the most loving daughters any mother could have. I know how much you will miss her. Sending my thoughts and prayers.
Jane and family – So sorry to hear that your mother passed away. Hopefully, fond memories and time will help heal your loss.

Annie and I worked across the hall from each other when I served as activity director at the Warren Senior Center in the mid 1980s. Annie was a wonderful person and was active in golf and tennis taking up the sports after raising her kids. In addition to listening to my raising kids stories, she’d give me golf tips and would tell me I must learn to use my woods in the fairway and get as comfortable using them as much as using my irons. I remember Annie inviting me over to her house yearly the end of May to gather some rhubarb from her garden. She had so much, and she knew I enjoyed making rhurbarb pie. She was inspirational and never complained of
her health. She will be missed.

ED was my best hunting and fishing buddy, Annie was a joy to know, I REMEMBER PETER and the other kids slightly. We stopped in Warren to see Annie a few years ago I have good thoughts about both Annie and ED (Dave)—they were good folks
