E. Margaret (Peggy) Hoff, 86, of Warren, PA., died Tuesday evening, March 8, 2016 at Warren General Hospital after an brief illness. She was born August 22, 1929 in Mel fort, Saskatchewan, Canada. She was the daughter of Earl E. and Edith Campbell Patten. Peggy has been a Warren area resident since 1963 and was formerly of Maine. She was employed as a Laboratory Technician with G.T.E. Sylvania for 21 years retiring in 1984. She was a member of Holy Redeemer R.C. Church, was an avid crocheter and golfer.
She is survived by 5 Children – Terry W. Campbell & Mary, James F. Campbell and Carmen all of Warren, PA., Darcy E. Campbell and Sandra of Cherry Grove, PA., Bonnie M. Webster and Kevin of Tiona, PA., Lynda Lee of Pleasant Twp., 1 Sister – Shirley Shine and Eugene of Tiona, PA., 18 Grandchildren 35 Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter – Launa Wooten, her husband, George Thomas Hoff whom she married November 3, 1979 in Warren, PA., 1 Sister – Myrtle Patten, 1 Great Granddaughter – Toni Nicole Donato.
Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA., on Friday, March 11, 2016 two hours prior to a funeral service at 12:00 Noon with Fr. James Gutting, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery. So sorry for the loss of your Mother. I remember her from a very early age when you lived on 5th street. She was a kind woman with a very large heart.
