Mildred R. Primerano, 86, a resident of the Rouse Warren County

Home and formerly of Johnsonburg, PA. died at her residence,

Friday morning, June 19, 2015 after a brief illness. She was born

January 30, 1929 in Johnsonburg, PA. to the late Emerson and

Mildred Nordstrom Mowrey. She was a longtime resident of

Johnsonburg, PA. where she was a 1947 graduate of Johnsonburg

High School. Mildred was a former member of the United

Methodist Church of Johnsonburg, PA. and member of Christian

Women’s Organization. She loved family life, caring for them

and her animals.

She is survived by her 5 children – James J. Primerano and wife,

Anne of Johnsonburg, PA., Timothy B. Primerano and wife, Susan

of Scranton, PA., Thomas J. Primerano and wife, Jean of

Montoursville, PA., Mark A. Primerano of Kersey, PA., Lisa

Primerano of Warren, PA., 1 Sister – Laura Belle of Johnsonburg,

PA., 8 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, several nieces and

nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her

husband, James Vincent Primerano whom she married November

16, 1950 in Johnsonburg, PA., who died April 20, 2002

Per Mildred’s wishes, a private funeral service will be conducted

at the convenience of the family at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral

Home, Inc. with Rev. Marcus Briggs, Chaplain of the Rouse

Warren County Home, officiating. Interment will be in Holy

Rosary Cemetery, Johnsonburg, PA. Those wishing to place
