Gerald “Jerry” E. Corbran
Gerald “Jerry” E. Corbran, 83, of Inverness, FL, and formerly of Warren, PA, passed away on Saturday April 8, 2023.
Jerry was born in Warren, PA on August 31, 1939, the son of the late Benjamin and Mary Solock Corbran. He resided most of his life in Warren, PA. Jerry was a 1957 graduate of Warren High School. After high school Jerry served as a member of the U.S. National Guard. He was an Assembly Foreman at Betts Industries for 38 years, and a former member of the Lakewood Rod and Gun Club and the Warren Eagles Club. Jerry was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan and enjoyed fishing.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife Charlene Hamm Corbran, whom he married October 26, 1979, in Tionesta, PA; two son’s Jon Corbran and wife Carrie of Warren, PA, and James Corbran and wife Karen of Ormond Beach, FL; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; he is also survived by his extended family, who all loved him dearly, Jane and Fred Larson, of Warren, PA, Darlene and Jeff Barrett, of Russell, PA; Robert Hamm Jr. of Warren, PA; and several nephews, nieces, many friends, and his “Special Girl” Lucy.
Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
