Kathleen Ann (Kathy) Mahaffy, 76, of Warren, PA., died on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.

Kathy was born on March 4, 1946, the daughter of the late Kathleen Jenkins and P. Roger Mahaffy. She was a graduate of the Warren Area High School and received her master’s degree in Community Nursing/Addictions from D’Youville College. Kathy worked as a Nurse at the Cleveland Clinic, St. Luke’s Hospital in Cleveland, hospice nurse in Erie, PA, and worked at the Warren State Hospital. She volunteered her time with the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, American Society for the Blind, Hope Tutoring, Warren General Hospital, and RSVP.

Kathy loved spending time with family and friends, and doing needle work of all types.

She is survived by her brother, Perry R. Mahaffy and wife Veronica of Chadds Ford, PA, sister-in-law Norma Mahaffy of Troy, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Paul D. Mahaffy

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
