Gerry,
We were saddened to learn of Louie’s death. He was and one of the West End’s finest. I considered Louie a good friend and warmly recall his many phone calls during my long stays at the Cleveland Clinic. He always reminded me that he shared the same birthday as my Dad…October 26. Of course, his love for ND was special and the joy and fun that he brought to our ‘annual pilgrimage’ will never be forgotten.
I’ll light a candle at the Grotto today for Ched.
God Bless.
