Evelyn J. Lemmon, 91, of Warren, PA., died Saturday, March 5, 2022, at her home, after a brief illness. She was born in Templeton, PA. on December 12, 1930, to the late Teddy Theodore and Goldie Pearl Householder Wilson. Evelyn was a Warren area resident since 1948 and formerly of Sligo, PA. She was a 1948 graduate of Sligo High School. She enjoyed crocheting, adult coloring, making lap robes for veterans and nursing home patients. She enjoyed Friday night supper club, playing solitaire on her laptop.
She is survived by her 4 children – Michael Lemmon and wife, Deborah of Apalachin, NY, Daniel Lemmon and wife, Anita of Erie, PA., Barbara Curtis of Saranac Lake, N.Y., Thomas Lemmon and wife, Sherri of Warren, PA., 1 Brother – Ronald Wilson of Corsica, PA., 1 Sister – Chloe Neiswonger of Warren, PA., 13 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, William D. “Bill” Lemmon, Jr. whom she married March 13, 1952, at Calvary Baptist Church, Warren, PA., who died August 24, 2016.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Celebrating your 70th anniversary with grandpa on the 13th this year will be great. Jesus will be at the head of the table celebrating your faithfulness to Him. We’ll celebrate here the same day, knowing we’ll see you when the time is right.
