Joan was one of the most beautiful people on the inside and out, whom I have ever known. She will be deeply missed. My thoughts are with her family and friends.
I knew Joan as a neighborhood friend when we were both growing up on the east side of Warren with Joan living on Madison Avenue any my living on Parker St. Our paths crossed again when we both worked at Blair. Joan and I ate lunch together everyday with two other friends for many years. It would be hard to list all of the attributes that could describe Joanie. She was one of the kindest, caring , honest people I have ever known. In later years whenever we would run into one another she was usually on a mission to help others. You have my condolences for your loss.
I’m sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time
My heart goes out to the family. I only knew Joan for a few years when we were neighbors in Starbrick. When she moved I bought her home. Joan was always kind and friendly when we would see each other. I’m sending sympathy on behalf of my mom, Alice Tomassoni, and myself.
Joan was the nicest person. Always so kind and generous to everyone she met. And always carried herself with such grace, and beauty. She will be missed. My condolences to Jeff, and Suzi, from Shawn Madigan, and I, – Mike and Judy’s kids. I once enjoyed climbing rocks with Jeff and suzi , in my childhood on Egypt Hollow!
So sad to see this today. She was a great lady. She was a friends with my cousin for many years and always asked about her. Also knew her from working at Blair. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
