Geraldine A. Ristau, 91, of Warren, PA., died Wednesday morning, October 13, 2021, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.

She was born July 7, 1930, in Olean, N.Y. Geraldine was the daughter of Hollis and Eugenia Cappeletti Kiester. She had resided in the Warren area most of her life. She was a 1948 graduate of Warren High School and was employed with Blair New Process Company and Warren General Hospital as a secretary with the pathology department. She was a member of Hesssel Valley Lutheran Church where she was a maker of prayer shawl.

She is survived by 2 Sons – Ronald Ristau and his wife, Carol of Phoenix, AZ., David Ristau and wife, Yvonne of Spring Hill, FL

5 Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Gordon L. Ristau whom she married November 2, 1951, in Warren, PA., who died May 13, 2019, her son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Sharon Ristau who died September 20, 2020, 2 brothers who died in 1933.

Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA. on Friday, October 15, 2021, from 6 to 8 P.M. and a funeral service will be conducted there on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Nancy Schwanke, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Hessel Valley Cemetery.
