Keith R. Reynolds, 90, of Warren, PA., went to be with his Lord, Wednesday afternoon, August 25, 2021, at the John and Orpha Blair Hospice Home, Warren, PA. He was born June 18, 1931, in Warren, PA., the only child of Merton and Vivian Siefert Reynolds. Keith was a lifelong Warren area resident and a 1949 graduate of Warren High School. After graduation, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, serving in the 934th Signal Battalion, from June of 1949 to January 1952. Upon returning to Scott Air Force Base where he was a communications instructor. While serving his country as a Sergeant in Korea, he received several medals including the National Defense, Korean Service and “for service in principle of the charter of the United States.” Returning home in 1952, he was employed at Western Auto installing television antennas. In September in 1954 he became employed by Sylvania, where he retired in 1990 as a GTE Sylvania Special Metals Project Engineer. Keith was a member of several local bands, starting with the Warren Dragon Marching Band, including the Warren Rescue Band, Moose Club Band, and others. He was a past member of the Warren American Legion Post 135, Warren Moose Lodge 109, Warren Eagles Aerie, Warren Rescue, Youngsville Lions Club, Lakewood Rod & Gun Club, Warren Elks Lodge. Keith was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church. He loved walking his dogs at Betts Park and watching his grandchildren participate in many sporting events.
Keith is survived by his wife of 71 years, Anne Beach Reynolds whom he married July 10, 1950, 3 Children – Janet Peterson (Randy) of Russell, PA., Nancy Reynolds Groves (Paul) and Brian Reynolds (Bonnie) all of Youngsville, PA., Grandchildren – Nadine Westover (Dean) of Warren, PA., Craig Reynolds and fiancé, Jessica Schumann of Youngsville, PA., Tracie Paden (Adam) of Youngsville, PA., and step-grandchildren, Levi and Karin Dunham of Youngsville, PA., and 8 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, George and Gertrude Beach, 1 Grandson, Joshua Luvison.
Friends may call at St. Joseph R.C. Church, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue West, Warren, PA. on Saturday, August 28, 2021, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial with Fr. Richard Tomasone, Pastor, officiating. Face masks and social distancing will be observed.
